These Terms govern your use of the bitji platform. By registering an account or using our services, you confirm you have read, understood, and agreed to all terms set out below.
1. Introduction
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and bitji ("bitji", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the online gaming platform accessible at bitji.pro. These Terms apply to all activities conducted on or through the bitji platform, including account registration, deposits, withdrawals, participation in games, use of bonus offers, and all other interactions with our services.
By accessing bitji, completing account registration, or making a deposit, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be legally bound by them. 2. Eligibility
Access to and use of the bitji platform is restricted to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility requirements. bitji reserves the right to request documentary evidence at any time to verify compliance.
- You must be at least 21 years of age. Players under 21 are strictly prohibited from using any part of the bitji platform, including free-play modes.
- You must be a natural person acting on your own behalf. Corporate entities and automated systems are not permitted to register accounts.
- You must not be accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by applicable law.
- You must not have been previously excluded or suspended from bitji or any affiliated platform.
- You must use your own genuine identity and payment methods. Playing or depositing on behalf of another person is not permitted.
3. Account Registration and Security
To access the full bitji platform, you must register a personal account. Registration requires you to provide accurate, current, and complete information. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
Each player is permitted to hold only one account. If bitji identifies duplicate accounts, all duplicates will be suspended and any winnings generated through them will be void. The following information is required at registration:
- Full legal name as it appears on government-issued identification.
- A valid and accessible email address that you own and control.
- Date of birth confirming you are 21 years of age or older.
- A valid mobile number associated with your bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or other payment method.
You must notify bitji immediately at [email protected] if you believe your account has been accessed without authorisation or if your login credentials have been compromised. bitji will not be liable for losses arising from your failure to maintain account security.
4. Deposits, Withdrawals, and Currency
All financial transactions on bitji are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). bitji accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard. Available methods may change from time to time; the current list is displayed in the cashier section of your account. The following financial terms apply to all accounts:
- Minimum deposit: ৳200 per transaction. Maximum deposit limits may be applied by your payment provider and are outside bitji's direct control.
- Minimum withdrawal: ৳500. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to KYC verification.
- bitji targets same-day processing for withdrawal requests submitted before 18:00 Bangladesh Standard Time (BST, UTC+6). Requests submitted after this time will be processed on the following business day.
- bitji does not charge internal processing fees on deposits or withdrawals. Your payment provider may apply their own fees, which are outside bitji's control.
5. Bonuses and Promotional Offers
bitji offers bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players from time to time. All bonus offers are subject to specific terms published alongside each offer. The following general principles apply to all bitji bonuses:
- Bonuses are credited only after the qualifying deposit has been confirmed and processed successfully.
- All bonuses carry a wagering requirement that must be met before bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. The specific wagering requirement for each offer is stated in that offer's T&C.
- Bonuses are for individual personal use only. Sharing, transferring, or selling bonus credits is strictly prohibited.
- bitji reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus offer at any time without prior notice, except where a bonus has already been credited to an eligible player's account.
- Where bitji reasonably suspects a player is exploiting bonuses in bad faith — including matched betting, arbitrage, or systematic pattern play — bitji reserves the right to void associated winnings and close the relevant accounts.
Seasonal promotions — including Eid, Pohela Boishakh, BPL season, and T20 World Cup campaigns — are subject to the specific terms published with each campaign. Eligibility criteria, minimum deposit requirements, and wagering requirements will vary by campaign.
6. Gameplay, Fair Play, and Technical Issues
All casino games on bitji are operated by independent third-party game studios or licensed live dealer studios. Game outcomes are determined by certified RNG technology or by live physical processes under studio conditions. bitji does not control or influence individual game outcomes.
In the event of a technical malfunction that interrupts a game round, bitji's policy is as follows:
- If a technical error occurs before a round's outcome has been determined, the wager will be refunded to the player's account balance.
- If a technical error occurs after a round's outcome has been determined but before it has been communicated to the player, the outcome stands and winnings will be credited accordingly.
- bitji is not responsible for losses arising from a player's own internet connection failure, device malfunction, or disconnection during active play. Players are advised to maintain a stable connection before placing wagers.
7. Prohibited Conduct
The following actions are strictly prohibited on the bitji platform. Violation of any prohibition may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balance and pending withdrawals, and potential legal action.
- Registering more than one account, or registering an account in a name other than your own legal name.
- Attempting to access or use the platform if you are under 21 years of age.
- Using automated software, bots, scripts, or AI tools to gain an unfair advantage in any game or transaction.
- Colluding with other players or third parties to manipulate game outcomes or exploit promotional structures.
- Depositing funds that are the proceeds of illegal activity, in violation of applicable anti-money laundering laws.
- Engaging in any form of harassment, abusive communication, or threatening behaviour towards bitji staff or other users.
8. Responsible Gaming
bitji is committed to promoting responsible gaming. The following tools and policies are available to all registered players:
- Deposit limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps from within their account dashboard. A limit reduction takes effect immediately; a limit increase requires a 24-hour cooling-off period.
- Session reminders: Players may configure automatic reminders that notify them after a set duration of continuous play.
- Time-out: Players may apply a temporary account suspension of between 24 hours and 6 weeks. During a time-out the account cannot be used to place wagers or claim bonuses.
- Self-exclusion: Players who wish to permanently close their account may request self-exclusion by contacting [email protected]. Self-exclusion is irreversible for a minimum period of 12 months.

9. Intellectual Property
All content on the bitji platform — including software, text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, game interfaces, and the overall design and arrangement of the platform — is the exclusive property of bitji or its content licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the bitji platform for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only.
You may not reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell, or otherwise exploit any portion of the bitji platform without express written permission from bitji. Unauthorised use of bitji's intellectual property may result in account termination and legal action.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, bitji, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill, arising from or related to your use of or inability to use the bitji platform.
bitji does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. bitji makes no representation that the platform or its content is appropriate or available for use in any specific jurisdiction. Accessing the platform from territories where its contents are illegal is done entirely at the user's own risk.
11. Amendments to These Terms
bitji reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, bitji will publish the updated Terms at bitji.pro/terms-conditions and, where reasonably practicable, notify registered players by email or in-platform notification. The date of the most recent revision is displayed at the top of this page.
Your continued use of the bitji platform after updated Terms have been published constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with the updated Terms, you must cease using the platform and may request account closure by contacting [email protected].
12. Governing Law and Contact Information
These Terms shall be interpreted and governed in accordance with applicable law. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the bitji platform shall first be referred to bitji's customer support team for resolution. bitji is committed to resolving player complaints fairly and promptly.
If your complaint cannot be resolved through our customer support process, you may escalate the matter in writing. bitji will acknowledge escalated complaints within 5 business days and aims to provide a final response within 28 calendar days of receiving a fully documented complaint.
